As part of ModSquad's 2021 brand refresh and site update, I created a custom hand lettered signature and typeface.
We wanted to bring the brand to life by giving ModSquad a unique signature that would feel authentic to our new branding and represent the human side of the company. The signature was Inspired by artist and musician signatures from the 1960’s as well as geometric shapes from the time period. After creating the signature, we decided to expand it into a functional typeface that has become a staple in ModSquad’s branding.

The project also included creating a hand lettered MSQ graffiti tag and animated gifs. Assets were created using Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Figma and Photoshop.
